What is your return policy?
Refunds are available if all sent packages are returned complete and unopened within 7 days of shipment. All returns are subject to a 15% (of total paid) inspection/restocking fee and software charge if applicable. Refunds are not available for any buyer abuse, misuse, or physically damaged packages. All shipping is at the buyer's expense and nonrefundable. Seller is not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Please contact us if you have any additional questions.

Our products usually include standard manufacturer warranties and we do not offer any additional seller warranties. What is your shipping policy?
Items are shipped immediatley with tracking after payment processing. Payment processing includes receipt, clearance, and verification. How is my purchase protected?

I saw an item listed as backorderered, what does this mean?
Please contact us before ordering any items in our backordered category. Backordered items mean we don't currently have any stock on hand but expect new inventory to arrive. Restocking times may vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on availability and shipment. If you purchase a backordered item, we will ship all purchases in the order received. We may occasionally send an equivalent/substitute items with at least the same or similar specifications if new inventory fails to arrive.

I just placed an order, how do I cancel it?
If you paid by Google Checkout, you can cancel your order on your own up to 15 minutes after order placement. If more than 15 minutes have passed since you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will cancel your order if we have not charged it already. Please note, we cannot cancel your order after it's charged.
What is an open-box item?
The open box description may include brand new, returns or refurbished items. Unless otherwise indicated, we have not used the item. will ship unused in the original condition as received, and all functions and features will work properly as intended.
